BASED ON THE PROFESSIONAL DELIVERANCE AND COMMITMENT LEVELS OF ITS EMPLOYEES AND WITH THE FOCUSED SUPERVISION, THE GROUP TODAY HAS SUCCESSFULLY PERFORMED PROJECTS FOR RENOWNED PUBLIC AS WELL AS PRIVATE SECTOR COMPANIES NATIONWIDE. THESE WERE IN DIVERSIFIED DIVISIONS LIKE THERMAL POWER PLANTS, FERTILIZERS, NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS FABRICATION WORK ALONG WITH CIVIL, ELECTRICAL & MECHANICAL WORK.

(A) C onstruction and Dedication. Except for service lines to buildings or structures, all sanitary sewers located in rights-of-way or dedicated easements, all water mains and potable water distribution systems located in rights-of-way or dedicated easements, all storm sewers located in rights-of-way or dedicated easements, all Roads, street lights and similar appurtenant improvements, including, but not limited to, lift stations, water towers, hydrants (“Village Infrastructure Improvements”), shall be constructed by East Gate in accordance with applicable Village codes and ordinances, except as otherwise amended by this Agreement.
